KBA stands for Knowledge Based Authentication. If we cannot authenticate (verify you are who you say you are) through Open Banking, we’ll ask you questions about your credit file that only you should know in order to get comfortable that it’s you and not someone else!

We’ll only ask you questions about products you’re currently using, so hopefully it should be straightforward for you to complete.
